It is normal for the air compressor to fail. There is no way to ensure that the machine has no problems after a long operation. The cause of overheating may be:
1. Bearing and the neck are uneven or small, and the contact surface is too small, and the comparison of the unit area is too large. Most of the cases occur after the new machine trial transport or change the new bearing tile;
2. Bearing bias or crankshaft curved and twisted;
3. The quality of the axis tile is not good, the quality of the lubricant is not consistent, or the oil road is blocked. The oil supply pressure of the gear oil pump is too low, and the oil supply is interrupted, causing a bearing tile to lack oil and produce dry friction;
4. The bearings have too much debris or too much lubricant, or the lubricating oil is too dirty;
5. The bearings have uneven over wear;
6. During the installation, the spindle and the main shaft of the motor are not found. The error of the Bowes screw air compressor is too large, resulting in the two axes tilt.
