Depending on the customer's on-site conditions and requirements, we provide installation videos or video on-site guidance to provide the necessary information and assistance in a variety of efficient ways to ensurethe safe and successful installation and commissioning of your equipment.

Hanimike provides 7/24 technical support to customers. If you need technical support, please feel free to contact us and we will assign relevant technicians to you. We will also provide you with the air compressor operating instructions.

The maintenance time for new machines is set at 500 hours. We recommend that customers store enough easily worn parts and consumable parts when purchasing the machine to minimize system downtime and subsequent production losses.
- The regular maintenance time is 2000-3000 hours. You can contact after-sales customer service to purchase the oil filter, air filter, oil separator core, and special lubricating oil for screw machines.

The air compressor is warranted for 12 months, the main engine and motor for 24 months, excluding wearing parts (air filter, oil filter, oil separator, coolant, etc.).
